This is a much better solution but it involves installing a plugin for the ISE. pgAdmin is a great tool for its feature-richness. The best alternative is DBeaver, which is both free and Open Source. PSequel is a simple interface that allows you to quickly perform common PostgreSQL tasks.
It works for one or many lines, or even within lines. There are more than 25 alternatives to PSequel for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Online / Web-based and Self-Hosted solutions.
